| – Support, answer and handle customer questions via email, call (100% USA market customers) about the company’s orders and products. – Coordinate with other teams to resolve customer complaints and questions and provide appropriate solutions – Check customer information, ensure information is accurate and complete according to company requirements. – Ensure indicators according to Team KPI. |
