MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1.Build and complete the Team’s operating system

Refresh, supplement, and change work processes in accordance with the current work situation.
Manage systems and personnel work processes

2. Management, training and evaluation of personnel: Ensure the performance of members and build a common working culture of the Team.

3. Analyze and evaluate based on operational indicators and payment gateways: Ensure the stability of the Payment Gateway, evaluate and propose plans to improve the operating system according to the evaluated indicators.

4. Guide and coordinate with personnel to solve problems that arise during work.

QUYỀN LỢI
Candidates have at least 02 years of experience in CS mail in Dropship, POD and 01 year of experience in a similar position.
Use English fluently to meet work needs.
Management, thinking and data analysis skills.
Have experience working with Fresdesk software.
Understanding eCommerce platforms
ĐIỀU KIỆN LÀM VIỆC
Working days: From Monday – Friday.
Holidays: Saturday + Sunday.
Working hours: 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Lunch break: 12:00 – 13:30.
YÊU CẦU VỚI NGƯỜI THỰC HIỆN
Income: 12 – 18M. Negotiable based on capacity.
