MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Job Responsibilities Take responsibility for running advertisements on platforms serving the Dropship sector (targeting international markets). 2. Job Description Analyze and develop content for the company’s products/services. Design and implement creative marketing strategies to promote product and service content. Coordinate digital content strategies across all online platforms. Drive website traffic, engagement, sales conversions, and brand promotion through Facebook Ads. Manage the content marketing budget and online marketing campaigns. Measure the results of marketing activities, analyze and optimize content, and assess the effectiveness of campaigns for future improvements.

Open to fresh graduates with no prior experience in the field of Facebook Ads. Income: From 6,000,000 to 30,000,000 VND per month after becoming an official employee. This includes a base salary and revenue bonuses according to regulations. (Revenue bonuses may be higher depending on the candidate’s capabilities) Flexible working hours: Attend the office during the afternoon of business days, and the remaining time can be worked remotely. ĐIỀU KIỆN LÀM VIỆC
Working Days: Monday to Friday. (In the office during Monday to Thursday afternoons, and the rest of the time is flexible for remote work.) Days Off: Saturday and Sunday. Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM. Lunch Break: 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM
YÊU CẦU VỚI NGƯỜI THỰC HIỆN
Experience in Facebook Ads for 6 months or more. ALSO HIRING INTERN – FRESH GRADUATES. Graduates from the following universities are preferred: Foreign Trade University, National Economics University, Commerce University, Hanoi University of Science and Technology. Preference for candidates with majors in Mathematics or Natural Sciences (with a strong numerical aptitude). Attitude/Personality Energetic, eager to learn, and especially, meticulous. Demonstrates a sense of responsibility in work. Skills Possesses organizational and time management skills. Creative and flexible thinking. Basic English language skills.
